What You'll Do:

Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment Provide daily care while following licensing and safety guidelines Implement curriculum and company standards with confidence Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication Make a meaningful impact—and receive plenty of smiles, hugs, and appreciation along the way

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (preferred, not required) Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a CDA (Lead roles) Ability to meet state and licensing requirements If you're passionate about early childhood education and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.
