Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children in various subjects, including math and physical education, while also supporting their social and emotional growth. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and other educators to ensure each child's unique needs are met. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental stages of young children. Educate students in foundational subjects, including math, while incorporating play-based learning strategies. Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations to tailor instruction effectively. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns. Collaborate with special education professionals to provide early intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth among students. Teach physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and teamwork. Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting conducive to learning. Qualifications A minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention techniques is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in teaching physical education is desirable. A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students.
