Job Description
Overview Nese Kids Care is seeking experienced and qualified Lead Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. We are looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood education and knowledgeable in California Title 22 licensing regulations . Position Summary The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program in compliance with Title 22 regulations , ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in care. Minimum Qualifications At least 12 ECE units from an accredited college/university, including: Child/Human Growth & Development Child, Family & Community Program/Curriculum course Infant/Toddler units required for Infant and Toddler positions Minimum 6 months experience working in a licensed childcare center (Infant/Toddler experience required for applicable classrooms) Must meet all California Community Care Licensing (Title 22) requirements: Current Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification Mandated Reporter Training (AB 1207 compliant) Health screening and TB clearance
Immunizations :
MMR, Tdap, Influenza (or valid declination) Ability to pass criminal background clearance (Live Scan fingerprinting) Responsibilities Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Title 22 guidelines Maintain required teacher-child ratios at all times Ensure active supervision and safety of children in accordance with licensing standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Complete daily logs, incident reports, and required documentation per licensing Conduct assessments and developmental observations Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress and needs Supervise and mentor assistant teachers to ensure compliance with licensing regulations What We Offer Competitive pay (based on education and experience) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continued education Consistent full-time schedulingPay:
