In this vital role, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes early childhood development and learning. Your expertise will support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while ensuring a safe and positive classroom atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young children's lives during their crucial developmental years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Provide attentive care and classroom management to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children ages 2-6. Manage classroom activities, behavior management techniques, and lesson planning to promote active engagement and positive conduct Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, , and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddlers and children with special needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Familiarity with early intervention practices and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of childcare regulations, childhood education standards, and best practices in preschool education.
