Preschool Montessori Teacher

Pay:

From $23.00 per hour Job description: Mandala Children's House is hiring a Preschool Teacher for our Toddler and Preschool classrooms in San Jose. For nearly 50 years, Mandala has served families through a Montessori-inspired, relationship-centered approach to early childhood education, guided by our mission: Nurture the child. Support the family. Nourish the staff. We are seeking a warm, experienced educator who believes teaching is more than a job and who is passionate about nurturing the whole child during their most formative years. This role supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through a developmentally appropriate curriculum, positive guidance, and strong partnerships with families in a collaborative environment.

Hours:

From 25+ hours per week beginning immediately

Salary:

Competitive pay based on experience and education. Starting at $ 23/-. The daily work hours can be discussed during the interview. Desired Qualifications 15 units in Early Childhood Education or an AA or BS in ECE Montessori training and Child Development Permit preferred Toddler or infant classroom experience preferred Bilingual skills a plus Nurture social-emotional development; ability to handle sensitive situations with care and patience.
