This role is perfect for passionate educators with at least two years of experience working with infants and toddlers, eager to make a meaningful impact on children's development. You will create a warm, safe, and engaging space where children can explore, learn, and grow through tailored activities and compassionate guidance. Your expertise in early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in infants and toddlers. Provide attentive care that meets the individual needs of each child, including feeding, diapering, and nurturing routines. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment that encourages exploration and independence. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and resolve conflicts constructively. Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support children's growth at home and in the classroom. Incorporate literacy education, early intervention strategies, and developmental assessments to support each child's unique learning journey. Maintain accurate documentation of developmental milestones, daily activities, and classroom observations to inform ongoing planning and reporting. Skills Proven experience in early childhood education with a focus on infants and toddlers (ECE-2 years experience required). Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing educational activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to manage a classroom efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment that emphasizes child welfare and safety. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools is a plus.
