Position:

Preschool Teacher The ideal candidate for this position will meet all licensing requirements in addition to having a minimum of 2 years experience working with children between the ages of 3 and 5 years. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about children and interested in being a strong lead for a busy preschool program.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Center Director Minimum Requirements:

An Associate's degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a supervised group

Child Care Center Preferred:

A BA in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or Human Development Currently hold a

Child Development Teacher or Master Teacher Permit Additional Requirements/Skills:

CPR/First Aid certification (may be obtained after hiring) Health screening and Negative TB test results from a licensed physician Proof of required immunizations: Pertussis, Measles & Influenza Fingerprint clearance through DOJ/FBI Ability to bend at the waist, sit/kneel on the floor, stand for periods of time and maneuver easily throughout the classroom when working with children Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with parents, children, and other staff members Excellent communication and organizational skills
