Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond. As a Preschool Floater Teacher, you will support multiple classrooms and inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
• Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence. Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED and have one of the following: ◦ Completed 12 Core ECE Units ◦ Have an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
