About Us The Way Preschool is a newly licensed, fast-growing school in the San Marcos countryside. We believe early childhood educators are undervalued — and we are working to change that. Who We're Looking For Above all, we are looking for a committed, ethical, and trustworthy teacher — someone who shows up consistently, does what they say they will do, and holds themselves to a high standard of character both inside and outside the classroom. This is a role for a seasoned teacher with 3+ years of experience who wants a place to put down roots and build a long-term career in early childhood education — not a stepping stone.
