The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a Preschool Teacher assistant in the two's class, you will play a vital role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cover various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and child welfare. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Assess and monitor children's progress through observations and assessments to tailor educational approaches to individual needs. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive community focused on child development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth through play-based learning. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Skills Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices. Proficiency in literacy education techniques to foster reading skills among preschoolers. Experience in classroom management and creating engaging lesson plans. Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children. Ability to educate children effectively while making learning enjoyable. Experience in daycare settings or tutoring roles is preferred. Familiarity with basic math concepts for early childhood education is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
