RESPONSIBILITIES
Child Supervision Provide direct supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Contribute to a nurturing, stimulating environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and intellectual development. Support in Activity Planning and Implementation Plan and implement age-appropriate learning and play activities, as directed by the Lead Teacher. Engage with children during planned activities to stimulate their curiosity, creativity, and foster a love of learning. Educational Support Deliver the curriculum set by the Lead Teacher, and support the children as they progress. Provide help to children during activities, ensuring they are engaged and understanding the material. Classroom Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment at all times. Manage classroom resources and supplies, ensuring they are effectively utilized and replenished as necessary. Family & Community Engagement Demonstrate patience, respect, and commitment to families, supporting the Lead Teacher in responding to their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain professional and appropriate relationships with parents, teachers, and other staff. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and community events as required. Please note that this list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, but highlights the key tasks associated with this role. Additional duties may be required in line with the needs of the business and as directed by the Lead Teacher and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or high school graduate Must have at least 12 ECE units Being reliable and consistently punctual is a necessity
