A MINIMUM OF 12 ECE UNITS
- MA, BA or Associates Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred. We will consider applicants with fewer units who are currently enrolled in ECE course of study. 2. Ability to create, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate curriculum. 3. Ability to work in team setting. We have amazing ratios, so there may be 4 to 5 teachers on a classroom team. 4. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities and manage time. Punctuality and dependability are a must. 5. Good judgment and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to maintain a safe, clean, healthy, and beautiful environment in both indoor and outdoor learning spaces. 7. Joyfulness, a good sense of humor, and team spirit!
