The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children while fostering their development and learning. The Preschool Director will also be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and managing staff to achieve educational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with state standards. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team. Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to promote engagement and support. Conduct strategic planning to enhance program quality and growth opportunities. Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve educational outcomes. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from an accredited university is required. Proven experience in education administration, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial management within an educational context. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate parents, staff, and stakeholders about program initiatives.
