LifeWorks is seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals who are excited to provide early intervention services in families' homes and natural environments . This is meaningful, relationship-based work focused on coaching caregivers so developmental progress happens within everyday routines — where it matters most. Responsibilities Conduct developmental assessments using the DAYC-2 Implement IFSP goals using a family-centered, parent coaching approach Support caregivers in building confidence and practical strategies Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings Complete bi-annual progress reports and required documentation Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and ethical standards in all interactions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or related field OR Special Education teaching credential Experience working with infants and toddlers with special needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Familiarity with documentation and relevant software systems CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move therapy materials/equipment Ability to sit, stand, and actively engage with young children for extended periods Benefits Competitive salary Mentorship and professional development opportunities Continuing education support Opportunities for growth within LifeWorks and across contracts Flexible scheduling to manage your caseload effectively Potential for expanded benefits as the organization grows (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs) At LifeWorks, we value your heart, your expertise, and your commitment to families.
