Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and cognitive development
• Create a positive and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and other basic care tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar environment
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children
• Experience working with toddlers is highly desirable
• Classroom management skills are beneficial
• Nannying or experience working one-on-one with students is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
