Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and nurturing individual to join our Montessori preschool team in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate should have completed at least 12 ECE units and possess knowledge of the Montessori method of education .
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 ECE units preferred Knowledge and experience in Montessori education Current CPR and First Aid certification Cleared all required background checks Passion for working with children ages 3-6 years Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Teach and guide children in a Montessori classroom Prepare and serve snacks Facilitate nap time and maintain a peaceful environment Create engaging activities and programming centered around art, nature, and literacy Foster independence, creativity, and a love of learning in young children If you are passionate about early childhood education and would like to be part of a warm and supportive Montessori community, we would love to hear from you.
