We are currently seeking an energetic, fun, and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Our lead teacher role will involve a warm approach with our children that includes the ability to guide and redirect as needed. Additionally, working positively and proactively as a team player with co-teachers, creating and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum, and fostering a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, social-emotional development, and foundational skills. Our desired candidate brings a passion for children, positive relationships with families, a solid understanding of early childhood education and children's needs at different developmental stages, strong collaboration abilities, and a commitment to creating a safe and stimulating space for children to thrive. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, literacy education, math, physical education, and developmentally appropriate methods across the all ages. Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom management, behavior management, and effective teaching methods. Ability to multitask and effectively follow a daily schedule that keeps routines consistent. Collaborate with families to support children both in the classroom and at home, communicate progress, and address individual needs related to special education or early intervention programs. Oversee classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports childhood development and preschool best practices. Continually observe children, monitoring each child's progress in areas such as language and literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and overall growth. Foster a positive working environment. Skills Must have full availability, as well as the ability to work Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:00am through 5:45pm Experience in early childhood education, with a focus on preschool settings. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Proficiency in working with children across various developmental stages, including toddlers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with childhood development milestones. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment that prioritizes child welfare and safety.
