Stars Montessori Academy is looking for warm and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support our classrooms and become part of our nurturing Montessori community. This is more than just classroom coverage — it's an opportunity to inspire, guide, and make a meaningful difference in a child's early years. What You'll Do Step in to provide seamless classroom coverage when teachers are absent Support daily routines in a calm, organized Montessori environment Help facilitate engaging, hands-on activities that nurture each child's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth Collaborate with a passionate and supportive teaching team Bring patience, joy, and positive energy into the classroom every day What We're Looking For A warm, caring personality and genuine love for working with young children Strong reliability and the ability to follow classroom procedures ECE units preferred (but not required) Montessori experience is a plus Must have (or be able to obtain): Livescan clearance Current health screening including TB test Compensation Pay is competitive and based on qualifications and classroom coverage needs.
