This person will work as a Lead Teacher in a QPI, and CSPP classroom, they will serve as a qualified QPI Lead Teacher and may be eligible to receive a stipend at the end of the year. This person is responsible to lead the educational care and development of a specific classroom by implementing all components of the Quality Preschool Initiative, CSPP and Head Start as defined in the Program requirements. Supervise all Instructional Assistants (IA's) and perform tasks required to support High Quality learning for all students, parents & extended families. Collaborate with children, staff & families to assure High Quality early childhood education- Maintaining a ECERS score of 6 or higher and a CLASS score of Emotional Support
