Classroom Teachers are one of the two dedicated teachers in a classroom. They are responsible for classroom management, maintaining quality assurance standards, educational standards, tracking progress and development, engaging with families and planning curriculum.

Qualifications:

Must qualify for an Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 - Level 2 or above. Ability to work full time.

Salary:

We base our pay scale on the Early Childhood Professional Credential levels, allowing you to take charge of your development and potential pay increases. You will be a part of a supportive team! All teachers have full support from our directors and resources. We recognize our teachers! All teachers are eligible for annual raises. We recognize our teachers on their anniversaries and birthdays, with a special recognition for their 5- and 10-year anniversaries, including a 10-year anniversary trip. These benefits are available after completing your probationary period of 480 working hours, approximately 90 calendar days. Each Goddard School location is privately owned and operated by Goddard Franchisor LLC franchisees.
