Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Preschool Aide to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with child supervision, and help create a safe, engaging environment for young learners. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of children in a faith-based setting while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. Duties Assist lead teachers with implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and social-emotional development. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and respectful environment for children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning. Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and other daily routines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and supplies. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not required; training can be provided if necessary.
