SEASONAL CHILD CARE ASSISTANT
Location:
Zach's Place $17-$19 Position Summary Zach's Place is seeking compassionate, energetic Summer Child Care Assistants to support children with disabilities in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Staff will assist with daily summer activities, encourage social engagement, and help meet individual needs of participants. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in activities (games, crafts, outdoor play, field trips) Provide support based on individual needs, including social, behavioral, and personal care Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment Assist with daily routines, transitions, and meals Follow all safety and program guidelines Qualifications 18+ preferred Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus Patient, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Schedule Full-time, seasonal (summer months) Monday - Friday Requirements Background check required
