Lead Preschool Teacher Community Leadership Academy (PK-5) is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and mission-driven Lead Preschool Teacher to join our award-winning charter school team. Competitive salary between $52,500 to $55,500 based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking dedicated early childhood educators to join the Pre-K team at Community Leadership Academy. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing young learners, preparing them for kindergarten, and instilling a love for learning.

About Our Pre-K Program and UPK Participation:

Through our Universal Preschool Program (UPK), we offer free, high-quality early education to over 30 students. Our curriculum follows the Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence, ensuring a creative, explorative, and developmentally appropriate environment. This program emphasizes phonological awareness, social integration, and academic readiness to prepare every child for a smooth transition to kindergarten.

Key Qualifications:

ECE Teacher qualification required by CDE or PDIS credentials ; OR CDA credential, Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, or CCP credential. CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Experience with TS GOLD IRR and Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook . Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
