Classes are small with two teachers per classroom. Our program is over 40 years old, and a wonderful environment for children and teachers.

Teachers' Skill Sets:

Nurturing, creating, reading, playing, thematic curriculum development and expansion, redirection, diaper changing, cleaning, flexibility and collaboration with you team teachers.

Part Time Position:

The teaching day is from 9 am to 1:30 pm for September 8, 2026 to May 28, 2027 schedule. 2 -5 days per week. 1 day can be an option - Competitive hourly pay. PDO is under Colorado Department of Early Childhood which has specific requirements to fulfill for the needs of Lead or Assistant teacher position. Background check and fingerprinting needed prior to starting job. Teachers need to have roughly 8 hours of training completed online prior to start date, and attend Staff Orientation Day in late August. School starts Tuesday, September 8, 2026 - May 28, 2027.
