We are a small, privately owned center dedicated to creating a warm, family-like environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We serve families with children age 6-weeks to five years old. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality care, meaningful relationships, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for every child.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Lead Toddler Teacher. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, and teaching fundamental skills to young children. The role also involves communicating effectively with parents and caregivers and collaborating with colleagues to provide optimal learning and growth opportunities for toddlers. Full-time, Hourly 40 hours per week, four 10-hour days (one day off during the week), 7:30am to 5:30pm

Qualifications:

Education/Certification Lead Teacher/ECT qualification under Colorado Department of Early Childhood requirements (required) Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) High school diploma or higher; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred) Skills And Physical Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. (Required) Regular and reliable attendance. Active engagement throughout the day including standing, sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting up to ~60 lbs. Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of a classroom leadership including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
