Do you have a passion for helping toddlers discover the world around them? At The Learning Experience in Highlands Ranch , we're looking for a nurturing, energetic, and qualified Lead Toddler Teacher to create a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and independence flourish every day. The toddler years are full of incredible milestones—from first words and friendships to problem-solving and self-confidence. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to guide children through some of the most exciting stages of their development while creating meaningful relationships with families and teammates. What You'll Do As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you will: Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel secure and encouraged to explore. Implement our proprietary curriculum through hands-on learning, play, music, movement, and discovery. Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Encourage independence while helping children build confidence in everyday routines. Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates. Complete developmental observations and assessments. Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom. Lead your classroom while mentoring and supporting Assistant Teachers. Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to provide an exceptional learning experience. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications Experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare setting A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with toddlers throughout the day Why You'll Love Working Here At The Learning Experience, we believe our people are our greatest investment.
