What You'll Do As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you will: Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel secure and encouraged to explore. Implement our proprietary curriculum through hands-on learning, play, music, movement, and discovery. Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Encourage independence while helping children build confidence in everyday routines. Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates. Complete developmental observations and assessments. Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom. Lead your classroom while mentoring and supporting Assistant Teachers. Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to provide an exceptional learning experience.
