Job Description

Twos Teacher (Early Preschool Teacher) Join Our Team! We are looking for a warm, energetic, and nurturing teacher to join our Early Preschool classroom serving children ages 2-3 years old. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys building strong relationships with children and families, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Support children as they develop independence, communication skills, and self-help routines. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Follow all licensing regulations and school policies. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development and daily experiences. Work collaboratively with teaching team members and school leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood setting preferred. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Ability to manage classroom routines while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must meet all state licensing requirements for early childhood educators.
