Preschool Teacher Fall 2026-27

Lavender Hill is a Waldorf inspired and nature based in home program for ages 2-6. Summer hours are 9-2 and preschool hours are 8:30-12:30 M-F. We are hiring teachers for two locations, Longmont and Lafayette. The lead position includes housing at our Lafayette location. We are seeking a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teachers to join our team for summer and fall and help create a nurturing, creative, and joyful environment for young children.

Open Roles:

Lead Teacher Plan and guide daily activities, rhythm, and curriculum Foster a warm, engaging, and safe environment Communicate with families and collaborate with staff Prior early childhood teaching experience preferred ECE credentials or coursework a plus Assistant Teacher Support the lead teacher with classroom rhythm and activities Help with snack preparation, outdoor play, and transitions Bring enthusiasm, patience, and creativity to each day Previous experience with children preferred but not required
