What You'll Do As a founding teacher, you'll help launch and shape a brand-new academy backed by the reputation, resources, and stability of one of Parker's most respected youth organizations.

You'll:

Deliver an innovative movement-based curriculum that seamlessly integrates physical development, early literacy, mathematics, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning. Create joyful learning experiences where movement and discovery happen together throughout the day. Help children develop confidence by encouraging them to work through appropriate challenges rather than rescuing them from every difficulty. Build meaningful relationships with families through consistent communication, partnership, and trust. Collaborate with an exceptional teaching team committed to continual learning, mutual support, and professional growth. Help shape the culture, traditions, and daily rhythms of a new academy from its very beginning. Qualifications Meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) requirements (Lead Teacher qualification is preferred). Passion for early childhood education. Ability and enthusiasm to lead an active, movement-rich learning environment. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
