Job Description

Overview Join our center's team as an Early Childhood Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire and shape the future. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes development for children in their early years. Your expertise in childhood development and classroom management will help foster a love of learning while supporting each child's unique needs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives through dedicated teaching and positive guidance. Duties Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior management and ensure safety for all children. Collaborate patiently and positively with parents, and other caregivers. Engage positively with children during all times of the day, both indoors and outdoors. Compose detailed records of classroom activities, meal times, diapering, and behavioral incidents while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and standards. Maintain and ensure classroom cleanliness follows center and health department guidelines and expectations. Requirements Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching, including classroom management and direct work with children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents and other caregivers. Ability to work with children of different ages, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers, in the daycare setting. Certification or training in early childhood education.
