Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to inspire young learners and foster their developmental journey. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement age-appropriate activities, and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your dedication will help create a joyful classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Facilitate a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports individual learning styles. Engage with children through hands-on activities that stimulate curiosity, exploration, and discovery in areas such as toddler care and childhood development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation and early intervention strategies when needed. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and welfare to foster strong home-school connections. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining compliance with childcare regulations and best practices in preschool experience. Support children's social-emotional well-being by implementing behavior management techniques and promoting child welfare principles. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and literacy education strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other progressive educational approaches is a plus. Ability to plan engaging lessons for preschool-aged children while adhering to safety standards and developmental milestones. Certification or licensing required by local regulations for early childhood educators; prior preschool or private school experience is preferred.
