Job Description
We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. Must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience working with young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of the classroom environment. Monitor the children to ensure their safety and happiness. Actively supervise children at mealtimes, nap, dismissal, after-school care, outside time/recess, etc. Practice flexibility and willingness to adapt to ever-changing situations.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a supportive and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support positive interactions and a conducive learning environment.
- Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting is advantageous.
