Until filled Greenwich Public Schools seeks PreK teacher(s) for its 2026 Summer School program. Pre-K classes will be located at New Lebanon Elementary School from July 6 through August 13, Mondays through Thursdays. Pre-K teachers will work 7:45-11:15 a.m., which includes 30 minutes of planning time. An additional preparation day will occur on June 29, 2026. Pre-K teachers must be certified in Pre-K and special education (e.g., #112 or #113). Compensation for all hours will be at the individual teacher's hourly per diem rate as based on the Agreement between the Greenwich Board of Education and the Greenwich Education Association. Positions are dependent on student enrollment. Preference will be given to Greenwich Public Schools teachers contracted for the 2026-27 school year, and then to other Greenwich Public Schools benefits-eligible employees.
