Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our community! The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Our program integrates nature based experiences, outdoor exploration, and interactive gardening to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for nature from an early age. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a fun and educational manner. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Assess and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the needs of all students, including those with special needs or disabilities. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education. Requirements Experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learners effectively. First aid certification is a must Background in early childhood education or related field is a must Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is beneficial. Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional manner. A nurturing attitude and passion for teaching young children are essential for success in this role. Must be willing to garden with children
