Lead Infant Teacher

We provide warm, nurturing, and enriching programs across infant, toddler and preschool programs, fostering a love of learning in a supportive environment. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curriculum plans, and support the developmental needs of our youngest learners. Your passion for early childhood education will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and stimulating setting. Duties Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant development and early learning milestones Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, social skills, and physical development Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs and progress through regular communication Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that complies with all licensing standards and best practices in childcare Incorporate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support or special education services Maintain detailed records of children's developmental progress and classroom activities Willingness to learn and grow together with DZLC, the children and their families.
