We offer infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age programs in a warm, caring, and enriching environment that promotes early childhood development and learning. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our dynamic team. This position will be full time- 40 hours. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young minds while ensuring their well-being through attentive caregiving and effective classroom management. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior. Maintain a safe and clean classroom by adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development. Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism. Apply behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children. Collaborate with team members to plan activities that align with early childhood education best practices. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, specifically with toddlers or infants is a plus. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs of toddlers. Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment.
