Nursery Caregiver (ages 3 and under)

Job Summary We are seeking a Sunday morning nursery caregiver dedicated to nurturing and supporting children aged 3 years and under while their parents are in the church service. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care to children aged 3 and under for two hours each Sunday morning. Support children's physical needs through feeding, diapering, and comforting as required. Communicate with parents and team members effectively. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards at all times. Enforce classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and social interaction among children. Qualifications Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in daycare, classroom settings, or nannying roles. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Commitment to creating an inclusive space that supports diverse needs and promotes safety at all times.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
