We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at a private school. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to educating young children and fostering their development in a nurturing environment. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and providing a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere for preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, and physical education. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain classroom order and support children's social-emotional development. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns. Assess and document children's developmental milestones and learning progress. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Foster a love for learning through engaging activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Experience Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of curriculum development techniques tailored for early childhood education. Experience in teaching physical education or integrating physical activity into the daily routine is a plus.
