Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and implement enrichment programs for children, including STEM, art, children's literature and physical development activities to foster creativity , learning, and engagement. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Collaborate with team members. Skills Strong classroom management abilities to maintain an organized and positive learning environment Experience in early childhood education, daycare, or preschool settings Excellent communication skills, and able to be a team member.
