Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, promoting literacy education, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in our care. The Preschool Teacher will play a crucial role in the development of our students, preparing them for future academic success while supporting their emotional and social growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy education, early intervention, and overall child welfare. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding behavior or development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing positively to their growth and development.
