CAW, with its fully degreed faculty, takes pride in its Archdiocesan curriculum and programs. CAW offers a wide range of educational, spiritual and extracurricular activities. The candidate should be competent at instructing Pre-K to Grade 8 students in music and music appreciation and ensuring their spiritual and academic growth. In addition, the candidate must be able to assist students who may need additional support. Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing. Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs and initiate referrals when necessary. Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school's behavioral policies.

The Candidate must have a:

Bachelor's degree and teacher certification are required. Minimum of 2 years classroom experience. Strong understanding of Pre-K to eighth graders' developmental stages. Demonstrated ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons. Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-based environment. Be a practicing member of the Catholic faith.
