Hours of Work:
Standard work week. Monday-Friday Ezra Academy seeks a preschool teacher with experience in a Montessori classroom with a commitment to a child-centered learning environment to join the team in August 2026. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a preschool program, work productively with a team, and foster Montessori best practices. We champion candidates who demonstrate kindness and patience with young children and can engage our youngest minds in a Montessori classroom with warmth and guidance. Ezra Academy is a Jewish day school with a Montessori program for preschoolers - K. Ezra Academy's lower and upper schools serve students through eighth grade. We boast a student-centered, progressive pedagogy, a commitment to timeless Jewish values, and a commitment to excellence. We have shared our home with Congregation B'nai Jacob just outside of New Haven in Woodbridge, Connecticut, since 1969.
