In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your passion for working with children and expertise in early childhood development will help foster a love of learning while supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while collaborating with a team of educators. Duties Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies. Plan engaging lessons Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth daily operations in line with childcare regulations. Work closely with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones. Support toddlers' care routines including feeding, diapering, and basic health needs while fostering a warm and caring atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience working with toddlers and school-aged children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists. Prior experience in daycare environments is highly desirable. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant coursework or ongoing professional development is a plus.
