Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary. Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic caregiving tasks for infants and toddlers to support their growth milestones. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or as a nanny or babysitter. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR to respond confidently to emergencies. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued. Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
