Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will implement Montessori-based teaching methods that foster independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Your energy and enthusiasm will create a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to explore their potential. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging Montessori curriculum plans that align with developmental milestones and individual student needs Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional growth Manage classroom activities to ensure a structured, respectful, and nurturing environment conducive to learning Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to maximize their developmental progress Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom activities Utilize classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and encourage independence among students Prepare lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, standardized testing preparation, and age-appropriate educational tools Requirements Proven experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting, preferably within preschool or private school environments Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and early childhood education best practices Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom management Familiarity with childhood development stages, special education strategies, and early intervention techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students Ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse learning styles and needs including toddlers care and literacy education Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori teaching is highly preferred Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds through innovative Montessori teaching! Pay:
$16.30 - $18.50 per hour
