Full-Time, Monday-Friday Toddler Teacher•Early Learning Classroom The Learning Experience•Newark is seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning activities, and positive teacher-child relationships. Key Responsibilities Support daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children Encourage language development and positive social interaction Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through transitions including meals and classroom routines Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones Follow Delaware licensing and safety requirements Qualifications TECE 1 or TECE 2 required Prior toddler classroom experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements
