Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents. Facilitate play-based learning activities that promote social and emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Passion for teaching and a nurturing demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Background check required.
