Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor progress and inform lesson planning. Incorporate early childhood education best practices in teaching physical education, literacy, math, and other foundational skills through hands-on activities and interactive lessons. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong understanding of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and special education needs. Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early learners, including Montessori approaches and literacy education strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive learning environment that promotes child welfare and safety. Prior preschool experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
