First Grade Teacher & Preschool 3 Teacher

We are looking for a passionate Christian First Grade Teacher who is able to make a difference in the lives of the students and families. We are also looking for a Preschool 3 teacher. The candidates we hire must be able to share the love of Jesus in word and action with first graders and three year old students . We are looking for team players who can teach at a high level, able to provide solid classroom management, and is able to inspire curiosity and a love for learning. The teachers we hire need to be able to provide a stimulating and loving classroom settings and be able to communicate effectively with parents and staff in a positive and supportive manner. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support special education needs. Foster a nurturing atmosphere that supports children's emotional and social growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid teaching certification for elementary education Strong classroom management and communication skills Experience in literacy and math education Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood education Ability to work with diverse student populations, including those with special needs Familiarity with learning technologies and standardized testing practices
