Childcare Educator

Duties Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, and physical education. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Support children's social-emotional growth by promoting positive interactions and addressing behavioral challenges with patience and consistency. Facilitate activities that promote toddler care, preschool experience, and early childhood education best practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to child welfare standards and childcare regulations. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and coworkers.

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
